  2. What's new in release 13

  4.    * This release takes advantage of some new BBEdit's interface features,
  5.      so that BBEdit 3.5 or BBEdit Lite 3.5 or later are required.
  6.  
  7.    * There is now an upper case version together with a lower case version
  8.      featuring tags in lower case for those who hate all-caps.
  9.  
  10.    * The HTML extensions will be under the Internet menu (and not the
  11.      Extensions menu) if you're using Internet Config.
  12.  
  13.    * Heading, Paragraph, Format, Style and Specials apply default options
  14.      without passing through a dialog box if the option key is pressed.
  15.      Default options are the ones you selected the last time you used this
  16.      particular extension.
  17.  
  18.    * Heading and Paragraph now feature alignment options.
  19.  
  20.    * A new Meta-information extension allows you to add META fields to the
  21.      header.
  22.  
  23.    * Some minor bug fixes.
